I grew up in the town of Bartlett and have been actively involved as a volunteer in many non-profits and have served, often in a leadership role, on almost every political body in the town. I was first licensed in 1974 and joined Badger Peabody & Smith Realty (formerly Badger Realty) in 1981with my wife and partner, Kathleen Sullivan Head and our motto is “Two Heads are Better Than One!”. I have served as a three time past president of the North Conway Country Club, served on Bartlett School and Planning Boards and currently serve as the vice-chair of the Bartlett Zoning Board of Appeals as well as Town Moderator. I am a Past President of the Bartlett Historical Society and currently serve that board as an advisor and serve as a board member of the Jackson Historical Society. I specialize in Residential and Land sales.
